![]() Frankly, I think it sounds like a whole lot of fun, though when you think about stuff like Boku no Sexual Harassment, it kind of takes on a darker edge that might not be that much fun. ![]() (Apparently this is a really big thing in corporate Japan: entertaining clients to keep them happy, and being entertaining, is a huge thing. But they’re getting given more responsibility to manage the product… and other perks, including an entertaining budget. Honda arrives, also aware of the gossip, and they sit down to a meeting: there are now weekly MGN meetings with Mido, plus Mido wants additional weekly updates on the situation with the product. Not everyone else is so happy about it: the other departments have been bitching none-too-subtly about it. Katagiri makes him tea, and it seems that the company is abuzz with word about how the 8th division got the new product. He realises he actually doesn’t mind Taichi.Ĭut to Katsuya coming into work, and he’s in a good mood and enthused about the day ahead. ![]() His boss, the middle-aged dude, tells him off for that and says that not everyone has his slack-arsed attitude, and we find out that Taichi is an engineering student who doesn’t go to uni that much… something that strikes a chord with Katsuya when he remembers how he was at uni. ![]() Taichi says that Katsuya shouldn’t be so uptight and try so hard, and that sometimes he’s going to fail, so he might as well just take it easy. Taichi asks about Katsuya’s job and Katsuya explains what he does, to which Taichi comments that it sounds boring, and that he’s never heard of the firm Katsuya works for, Kikuchi Marketing. Taichi sort of keeps talking at him, but says he’s noticed him, and worried about him, which is a little flattering, but also a little on the creepy side. He then comments on how he’s seen Katsuya passing by the shop in the morning, on his way to work, and that he always seems to be in a rush, and not particularly happy. He continues hovering over Katsuya while he’s eating breakfast, which actually makes him a bit uneasy, but Taichi just seems to be naturally enthusiastic and friendly, if not a little socially clueless. Eventually, Katsuya decides on what to have for breakfast, and then a middle aged older dude appears, asking Taichi to keep it down a bit, and that there’s no need to be quite this loud. ![]() Taichi is his name, and he’s super friendly, and he hovers over Katsuya as he decides what to have, after seating him. Is this where I make a bad joke about this game not needing to bother with a “hot coffee” mod? Finding a quaint little coffee shop called Lloyd, he wanders in, to meet this cheerful young barista. R’s warning about the glasses controlling him, and looks at them, deciding he should go out and get some breakfast. Katsuya wakes up late on the weekend, two days after the whole deal was arranged with both Mido and with the mysterious man calling himself “Mr. ![]()
